dissatisfied in any way with a product or service, we guarantee that we will
replace the product or refund your money (restocking fee may apply), and will resolve any issues to your

There are some products labeled “Same Day Shipping.” We do our best to ship these specific items on the same day if received before 12:00pm CST on Monday-Friday. Orders received during other times will be shipped on the next business day.
Shipping limited to USA and Canada. Orders are
shipped F.O.B. origin; prepaid & add. Due to size limitations it is sometimes necessary to ship by common
carrier in which case we will try to keep shipping costs to a minimum.
